Furza recently worked with RiskSmart to support their current sales team by providing bespoke, in-person sales training, enhancing their skills, and maximising the performance of their existing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

RiskSmart sought to partner with locally based businesses to support their growth plans, which included investing in their sales team. Furza supported RiskSmart by providing bespoke training to their team of SDRs, who had joined the company a year prior.

 

Challenge 

With a talented sales team already in place, RiskSmart wanted to maximise the performance and support available to the current SDRs to ensure they had the necessary resources and opportunities to excel in their roles. 

As RiskSmart's customer base spans various and complex industries, the main challenge was building their skill set to identify pain points and tailoring messaging to resonate with a wide range of prospects. 

 

Furza's Solution

After a thorough consultation process, Furza created a bespoke 4-week training programme tailored to support the RiskSmart sales team with their future growth plans, keeping in mind the current SDRs' skill sets and knowledge. 

The training was delivered face-to-face at Furza’s dedicated training facility, with a mix of both theoretical and practical learning. Furza worked closely with RiskSmart to set individual targets for the SDRs while on the Academy, supporting them with the tools, frameworks, and feedback to achieve their goals.
