Opportunity is created, not found

The founders came from a private equity background and knew this pressure first-hand. They realised that opportunity is not something you find; it is something you must create.

They watched fast-growth businesses struggle. Sales leaders pulled away from generating revenue to train new hires. Recruiters were too transactional. Training was generic. New hires were not set up to succeed.

So they created a model that finds potential, develops capability, and builds sales teams designed for scale and high growth.

The story behind the name

Furza itself tells a human story. It was originally intended to be Fursa, but a misspelling during a domain registration accidentally created the name Furza. The change felt right to one of the founders, Ahamed Al-Khalifa, who speaks fluent Arabic. In his language, Furza means opportunity. The mistake became the mission: the belief that talent is built, not filtered.
