Since launching the first cohort, Furza has successfully recruited, trained, and developed twelve junior salespeople for Once For All, through our comprehensive end-to-end recruitment and training model. Recently, we sat down with the senior sales management team at Once For All to discuss their experience working with Furza.

Challenge
With the expansion of Once For All’s product portfolio, the company recognised the need for a dedicated team to drive growth and expand its customer base. However, establishing an outbound sales function presented a unique challenge, as no such structure had been implemented previously.

Furza Solution
The Once For All team decided to partner with Furza to manage the end-to-end recruitment and training process, to seamlessly build an outbound sales function for the first time to ensure consistent growth of their commercial team.
Furza advertised the position across all major job boards, generating hundreds of applications per cohort. Our dedicated in-house recruitment team then conducted a thorough pre-screening process, evaluating applicants against sales-related competencies to ensure the best fit for the role and Once For All. Successful candidates were then invited to a Furza sales assessment day, where Once For All were able to assess candidates through various group and individual tasks.
Successful candidates from the assessment day were enrolled onto our 3-month Sales Academy, designed and delivered by industry-leading experts. Following a thorough consultation with Once For All, Furza designed a bespoke training programme precisely aligned with the company’s ambitious growth objectives. This highly tailored curriculum combined comprehensive theoretical frameworks with hands-on, practical application. By immersing candidates in real-world scenarios and actionable strategies, the programme ensured they developed the skills, confidence, and insights needed to thrive. As a result, graduates transitioned seamlessly into their roles at Once For All, equipped to make a significant, immediate impact on the business.
