Furza Academy Graduate Receives Second Promotion in Two Years

Two years ago, BCIS partnered with Furza to launch their very first junior sales cohort. Among the ambitious new hires was Rajan Henderson, who would go on to become a Furza Academy graduate and standout success story.

Since graduating the Academy, Rajan has received two promotions at BCIS, progressing from Sales Development Representative to Account Executive and now to Sales Operations Manager, all within just two years.

In the competitive world of B2B sales, career progression often hinges on the right training, management and early exposure to real-world sales challenges. The Furza Academy is designed to create those opportunities for individuals, so those with little or no sales experience can progress in their careers.

We recently caught up with Rajan to hear more about his journey through the Furza Academy and his experience with the Furza process.

Furza Academy - Setting candidates up for success

The next two months of the Academy include continuous coaching and on the role training, as the candidates return to their offices ready to hit the ground running.

Rajan quickly proved his potential by exceeding sales targets and closed his first deal while still a Sales Development Representative, an impressive achievement that highlighted his skill and drive. His performance earned him a promotion to Account Executive, setting the stage for his current role.

The two month Furza Academy Programme plays a crucial role in preparing candidates, like Rajan, for real world success. It ensures that the processes and skills taught during training are not only understood, but effectively applied in their day-to-day roles, creating clear pathways for continued progression.
