are more jobs that fall under the blanket terms of sales than you may think.  Recruitment, account management, business development and field sales all fall under the umbrella of sales role, making the job market a diverse and rewarding sector to be in.

Supporting Intruder's Business Growth

Intruder was looking for a solution that could support them with the onboarding and development of a junior sales team to support their senior sales representatives with delivering on progressive growth plans. At Furza, we understand that recruiting, training, and onboarding a sales team internally can be a complicated, timely and costly process.

Offering a straightforward solution, we are working in partnership with Intruder to recruit, hire and train a right-fit team for their opportunity. Our process will enable Intruder to close the gap between hiring and a return on their investment, whilst reducing pressure on management, time, and resource. Successful candidates will be placed on Furza’s headcount for three months whilst they’re enrolled in our Academy training programme.

Working closely with Intruder, all training will be contextualised and bespoke to their products and delivered by our in-house team of sales training experts. Our recruitment and training approach aims to accelerate positive sales outcomes for Intruder by supporting, and building a cohesive team that delivers rapidly and understands their products, solutions, customers, and industry.

"Intruder has ambitious growth plans, and we aspire to take our industry-leading vulnerability and attack surface management capabilities to new audiences. To achieve that growth, we needed to establish additional routes to market, which required growing and diversifying our sales team. With so much new ground to cover, our challenge was figuring out how to balance identifying, hiring, and training junior sales talent with multiple other competing strategic initiatives.

We recognised the risks of doing a bad job – whether that’s making errors in the hiring process or building an inadequate environment for junior sales talent, setting them up for failure – and that’s why we decided to work with Furza, to lean on their expertise.

The end-to-end experience has exceeded all expectations. Our challenge was quickly and accurately captured by Furza and preparations for the project were seamless. The process of identifying talent and holding the assessment day took a massive overhead away from our internal hiring team and, more importantly, was extremely successful in identifying top talent. Our new hires have benefited enormously from Furza’s training programme to the point where they were delivering on objectives after just two weeks.

We’re now delighted to be in a position where we’re confident we have the right people, working in the right environment, and set up for a successful long-term career at Intruder".

Dane Vallejo, Vice President of Sales, Intruder

“Following conversations with Intruder, it was clear that through working together, we could support them to develop a high-performing junior sales team. We are looking forward to placing great talent in the business, and supporting them with development, training and mentorship to enable business growth.”

Ashleigh Cocker, Head of Business Development, Furza
