Furza Solution
Equals Money was looking for a provider who could support them with the onboarding and development of a junior team. At Furza, we understand that recruiting, training, and onboarding a sales team internally can be a complicated, timely, and costly process.
Offering a straightforward solution, we will work in partnership with Equals Money to recruit, hire and train a right-fit team for their opportunity. Our process will enable Equals Money to close the gap between hiring and a return on their investment, whilst reducing pressure on management, time, and resource. Successful candidates will be placed on Furza’s headcount for three months whilst they’re enrolled in our Academy training programme. Working closely with Equals Money, all training will be contextualised and bespoke to their products and delivered by our in-house team of experts.
