High-Growth Opportunity

LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, recently exited its investment in iamproperty, selling to Perwyn in a transaction that represented a 278% increase in the company’s enterprise value. Following this period of transformational growth, iamproperty sought to further its success by investing in sales talent and training. The goal was to establish a proactive junior sales team that could actively generate new market opportunities - supporting both the current team and overall business growth targets.

Furza Solution 

Furza provided iamproperty with a tailored solution to achieve these strategic objectives. Through a comprehensive recruitment and assessment campaign, Furza will identify, evaluate, and build a team of ambitious junior sales professionals who are a strong fit for iamproperty’s culture and goals.

These new hires will receive three months of bespoke, in-person training from Furza’s in-house sales experts, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to drive sales and deliver results from day one.
