Founded in 1961, BCIS has been collecting, collating, analysing, modelling and interpreting cost information for over 60 years. They support approximately 4,000 customers across the construction, facilities management, and insurance sectors, providing easily accessible information through online applications, data licencing and publications. They also provide consultancy and research to support clients, delivering independent data to increase cost and performance certainty, whilst helping manage and mitigate risks.
Their data platform helps clients across the built environment make informed business decisions, both financially and environmentally, enhancing the credibility of their activities to support clients with specialist skills, research and data. BCIS invests in the success of their customers, offering on-going expertise and guidance to help them increase sales and grow as a business.
Preparing for High Growth
Having recently secured investment from LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, BCIS was looking for efficient ways to accelerate their hiring and build an established junior sales team, trained to be pro-active in creating new opportunities within their market - supporting their current team and business growth goals.
