Role: Sales Development Representative  

Location: Crewe 

Salary: £25k + OTE

Our client is a leading order fulfilment company, specialising in supporting the growing SME online retail sector. They partner with some of the leading eCommerce brands within fashion, sports clothing and pet food and serve a growing number of direct-to-consumer brands.

Their solutions include managing inventory, processing orders, and delivering products to customers to streamline order fulfilment process and improve overall efficiency. As a specialist order fulfilment company, their services are bespoke to their clients to create a better online experience for their customers. All solutions are designed to be flexible and scalable to support their customers growth and make a difference to their business.

They are looking for a team of 2 enthusiastic and ambitious sales candidates to join them and embark on this growth journey.

 

Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Understand the needs of target prospects and articulate the value that the solution provides
  • Develop excellent prospect relationships leading to the growth of new business accounts
  • Maintain accurate and current information on prospects and interaction activities in the company CRM systems
  • Follow a consultative questioning process when engaging and promoting the company’s products, ultimately leading to a full 360 sales cycle
  • Be responsible for proactive and creative outreach of key stakeholders using various prospecting methods including phone, email, linkedin and networking events

 

About you:

  • Recent degree-level graduate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to develop genuine relationships with prospects, customers, and colleagues
  • The ability to be consultative and curious when speaking with prospects and customers
  • Hardworking, determined individuals
  • Ambitious, self-starter equipped with tenacity, resilience and integrity
  • Thrive in a target-driven environment and deliver consistently against agreed KPI’s
  • Strong communicator, with a desire to understand and implement sales principles
  • Driving license and access to a car preferred
