Job Title: Sales Development Representative 

Salary: £26k + OTE (estimated £10k in first year)

Our client is looking for a professional and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join their team and assist them in growing their customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to accelerate their career, in a dynamic and supportive environment.   

We prioritise your development! You will be enrolled in our industry-leading sales academy, tailored specifically to your role. Upon completion, you will receive an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation. 

Alongside formal training, you’ll receive continuous coaching, mentoring and support from their experienced leadership team to enable you to reach your full potential.  

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Identify, research and qualify new potential clients and key contacts to build targeted lead lists. 
  • Develop a clear understanding of our clients value proposition and solutions to generate brand awareness and interest. 
  • Proactively reach out to prospect customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to promote, educate and recommend their solutions. 
  • Understand the needs of prospect customers and articulate the value that IP Integration’s technology and services provide.  
  • Engage with potential customers on the phone, through following a consultative questioning process and actively listening to their challenges and opportunities.  
  • Set-up and support calls/demos for the senior sales team, whilst driving the sales process.  
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential prospects to drive new business opportunities.  
  • Manage and maintain the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record activity.
