Salary: £28k + OTE

You will report to Sales Development Manager and will play a crucial role in building relationships with prospective clients, maintain current relationships and nurture leads.

You’ll pioneer their new sales team to drive growth within their customer base alongside a team of passionate and like-minded individuals. Playing a crucial role in cultivating relationships with prospective clients, nurturing leads and closing deals you will be the catalyst for new business development.

  • Develop a clear understanding of the company’s value proposition and solutions
  • Identify, research, target and qualify potential new clients and key contacts
  • Pro-actively reach out to multiple decision makers through an omni-channel approach (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn) to promote, educate and recommend the company’s solutions
  • Identify client’s needs and challenges through consultative questioning and active listening, and articulate how the company’s solutions can add value
  • Work closely with the senior sales team to create new business opportunities and drive the sales cycle
  • Work towards and exceed sales targets
  • Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with your customers to drive new business opportunities

 

Prior sales experience is not essential as you will be enrolled in our three-month Furza Sales Academy, providing you with robust training to become a target attaining salesperson. Alongside this, we provide ongoing coaching, management, and support to enable you to reach your full potential.
