Salary: £30,000 base salary + OTE

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for people with little or no sales experience, but a desire to achieve and a willingness to learn. Over the first three months, you will be enrolled in Furza’s industry leading and Sales Academy, tailored specifically to your role. You also will receive an industry recognised Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation throughout the training programme.

Main Responsibilities
- Acting as a brand ambassador, sharing your deep understanding of the clients value proposition and solutions.
- Proactively reach out to prospect customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate brand awareness and interest.
- Manage and maintain the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record activities.
- Apply a consultative approach and actively listening to their challenges and opportunities.
- Coordinate and support calls/demos for the senior sales team.
- Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with customers.
