Salary: £32,000 basic salary + uncapped commision (£40k + OTE)

The Opportunity
- £32,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (£40k+ OTE)

Main Responsibilities
As an SDR you’ll be at the forefront of their growth, working closely with their sales team to connect with high-potential prospects and drive opportunities forward.
You’ll become a true expert in consultative selling, using the latest tech and strategies to create meaningful engagements.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the company to effectively promote their solutions
- Proactively contact potential clients via an omni-channel approach (phone, email and LinkedIn)
- Book qualified meetings with new prospective customers for the sales team
- Use consultative questioning to understand business challenges and align solutions
- Consistently work towards and achieve set KPIs and targets
- Become a trusted advisor
- Drive the sales process for the senior sales team, supporting on client calls and opportunities
