The Role

Reaching out to potential clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn

Prospecting and qualifying leads within the SME and enterprise space

Initiating meaningful conversations and booking discovery meetings

Collaborating with senior sales team members to move opportunities forward

The About the Role
As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting and nurturing customer relationships after the initial sale, ensuring that clients are successful and satisfied with the services they receive. You’ll become a trusted partner to the customer, guiding them through onboarding, helping them troubleshoot issues, and identifying opportunities to expand their use of the platform.
What You'll Be Doing

Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Build strong, long-term relationships by staying in regular communication with clients.

Help customers understand the full value of their tech solutions and make informed decisions.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to resolve client issues and deliver an exceptional experience.

Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and report on client satisfaction.
