With continued growth and an extensive range of solutions, the client is now looking for a team of high-calibre Sales Development Representatives to help maximise client engagement and drive revenues within new business opportunities. The Opportunity

The client is looking for confident, professional and ambitious individuals to join their Sales team, and support with growing its customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to accelerate their career in a dynamic, supportive environment. Furza and our client prioritise your development! You will be enrolled in our industry-leading sales academy, tailored specifically to your role. Upon completion, you will receive an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation.

Main Responsibilities

As an Sales Development Representative you’ll be at the forefront of the client’s growth, working closely with the New Business and Marketing teams to connect with high-potential prospects and drive opportunities forward. You’ll become a true expert in consultative selling, using the latest tech and strategies to create meaningful engagements, fully supported with training, coaching, and development pathways to progress your career.

  • Conduct proactive and creative outreach to stakeholders in target businesses via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

  • Use consultative questioning to understand prospects’ challenges and align the client’s IT services as the solution.

  • Generate sales opportunities with new businesses and exciting clients across a wide range of industries.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on tailored ABM (account-based marketing) campaigns and follow-ups.

  • Drive attendance at webinars, events, and workshops, boosting brand visibility.

  • Nurture inbound leads and re-engage warm prospects to generate new opportunities.

  • Build your personal brand on LinkedIn and share relevant content to stay top-of-mind.

  • Monitor industry news and trends to identify potential leads and positioning opportunities.

  • Work towards monthly KPIs with support, encouragement, and regular feedback.

  • Drive the sales process for the senior sales team, co-ordinating and supporting client calls.
