Now, with big expansion plans in motion, they’re looking for a team of four dynamic Account Managers to join the team and play a key role in their next stage of hyper-growth.
Key Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of approximately 60 customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and achieving your sales target.

Nurture relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and proactively identifying opportunities to provide additional IT, networking, and connectivity solutions.

Cross-sell and upsell a full range of services to existing accounts, maximising revenue opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Partner with the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to promote and sell cyber security services into your customer base.

Introduce the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to customers and facilitate meetings and discussions around their cyber security needs.

Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
