Salary: £30,000 + Commission (expected £10K in Y1)

Now, with big expansion plans in motion, they’re looking for a team of four dynamic Account Managers to join the team and play a key role in their next stage of hyper-growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of approximately 60 customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and achieving your sales target.

  • Nurture relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and proactively identifying opportunities to provide additional IT, networking, and connectivity solutions.

  • Cross-sell and upsell a full range of services to existing accounts, maximising revenue opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.

  • Partner with the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to promote and sell cyber security services into your customer base.

  • Introduce the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to customers and facilitate meetings and discussions around their cyber security needs.

About You

  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and respond to client needs quickly and effectively.

  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
