Job Title: Graduate Sales Executive
Salary: £28,000 + OTE
Location: Birmingham
Our client is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join their UK team as Sales Executives, to support their continued success and growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in B2B sales. You will receive comprehensive sales training in a high-quality learning environment, including one-to-one coaching and full role-specific training to help you develop and progress within the company.
Main Responsibilities

Research and identify new potential clients and key contacts; call, email, and connect with prospects via social channels to generate initial interest and arrange meetings for the senior sales team

Understand the needs of our client’s prospective customers and clearly communicate the value their services offer

Maintain and manage prospect and meeting data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities

Engage with prospective customers over the phone using a consultative approach, actively listening to their challenges and opportunities
