Primarily serving the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, they have developed unrivalled technology in flexible containment and process solutions. They work with the world's leading pharma companies including Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Sanofi.

They are now seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join their Commercial team in the UK.

 

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by developing and expanding relationships with contract pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech firms, and other key players in the life sciences sector. You will be provided with a full two-week intensive Sales Academy offside in a top-quality learning and coaching environment to support your transition and development into the role.

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life sciences sector, focusing on contract pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Drive revenue growth through prospecting, lead qualification, and market penetration.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and company objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment through to closing deals and ongoing account management.

 

Customer Engagement & Commitment

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target organisations.
  • Engage with customers to understand challenges and align with the companies solutions to their needs.
  • Deliver customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to highlight product value in CDMO and drug manufacturing applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams - including R&D, Product Management, and Operations - for seamless execution of projects and product customisation.
  • Support distributor partners to expand awareness and sales of their products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through timely responses, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  • Represent at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.

 

Pricing, Quoting & Strategic Support

  • Partner with internal teams to develop tailored pricing strategies and proposals.
  • Support quotations and contract negotiations to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive informed decisions.
