Job Title: Business Development Executive
Salary: £30k + OTE
Location: Newcastle

They are currently expanding their growing sales team with a team of four Business Development Executives and looking for ambitious graduates looking to kick-start their career.
The Role:
- Identify, research and proactively reach out to potential clients, engaging in consultative and commercial conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Source leads by adding new contacts to the CRM and managing tasks for existing ones.
- Strategically grow accounts through upselling and nurturing relationships.

- No previous experience required - full training is provided

- Self-starter with a passion to succeed
- Ability to take a consultative approach to new prospects
- Driven self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not a requirement as full training will be provided
