The About the Role

As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting and nurturing customer relationships after the initial sale, ensuring that clients are successful and satisfied with the services they receive. You’ll become a trusted partner to the customer, guiding them through onboarding, helping them troubleshoot issues, and identifying opportunities to expand their use of the platform.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships by staying in regular communication with clients.

  • Help customers understand the full value of their tech solutions and make informed decisions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to resolve client issues and deliver an exceptional experience.

  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and report on client satisfaction.
