With a strong heritage in delivering critical transformation projects, our client is poised to become the ‘go to’ professional services partner for Cloud, Security, Data and Digital transformation services – both in the UK and beyond.
As our client prepares for their next phase of growth, they’re looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between their agency and key clients. You'll be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring account success, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as their main point of contact

Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ aims and ambitions, issues and challenges

Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and results
-
Working collaboratively with the wider operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction related to service delivery/support services across clients

To develop ‘higher and wider’ client relationships across your nominated accounts
-
Flexibility and innovation to respond to customer needs, often travelling to customer sites to work with them to develop and agree solutions
