 How to Qualify

• To receive the free coffee, you must scan the QR code included in the mailer, book a meeting, and attend the scheduled meeting.
• Simply booking a meeting without attending will not qualify for this offer.

 The Offer

• Eligible participants will receive one free coffee, provided in the form of a eGift card redeemable at Cafe Nero.
• The eGift card will be issued within 24 hours of the attended meeting.
• The eGift card will be issued via email to the email provided.

 Limitations

• The offer is limited to one free coffee per person.
• No cash or alternative is available.
• The eGift card is non-transferable and subject to availability.

 Duration

• This promotion is valid for meetings booked and attended between 24/09/2025 and 24/12/2025, or while stocks last.
