Candidate Referral Programme T&C’s
- This referral scheme only applies to candidates based in the UK
- To qualify for the referral programme, the referee must be referred and placed within a 12-month period
- All candidates must be successfully placed by The Furza Training Group into a permanent role before one-off payment is received
- All candidates must complete 3 months of the Furza Sales Academy training or equivalent before one-off payment is received
- Referrals must be submitted by email to [email protected]
- The referrer will not be eligible to receive the referral payment under this programme if the referred person(s) is already on The Furza Training Group database and/or his/her information has already been received by The Furza Training Group by other means prior to the date of referral
- Candidates can only be referred to The Furza Training Group once. In the event that a candidate is referred to The Furza Training Group more than once by the same referrer and/or by other referrers, only the first referrer will be eligible for a referral payment under this programme. The Furza Training Group reserves the right of judgement and all decisions are final
- The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being submitted to The Furza Training Group for this programme before the date of referral. The referrer will indemnify The Furza Training Group for any loss or claim arising out of the referrer’s failure to procure such consent
- The Furza Training Group reserve the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of these terms
Referral Payment
For each successfully placed candidate referred, The Furza Training Group will pay the following:
- £300 per successful referral
Payment
Payments will be made to the referrer’s nominated bank account on a one-off payment basis
It is the referrer’s responsibility to contact The Furza Training Group in order to claim their referral
If the referral payment is not collected within 90 days of the referral payment being offered, The Furza Training Group reserves the right to withdraw the payment
The Furza Training Group accept no responsibility for payment not successfully received
