Among the cohort were Olivia Julal and Harry Eley, who have since become strong examples of how the right training, opportunity and determination can accelerate a career in sales.
Since completing the Furza Academy, both Harry and Olivia have continued to develop within the organisation and have recently been promoted from Business Development Executive to Account Manager, recognising their performance and contribution to the Air IT commercial team.

Harry and Olivia joined Air IT after successfully progressing through Furza’s multi-stage recruitment process. After the initial pre-screening they were invited to a face-to-face assessment day, bespoke to Air IT, where candidates were able to demonstrate their communication skills, commercial awareness and potential for a career in sales through a series of practical exercises and interviews.
Both Harry and Olivia stood out throughout the process for their enthusiasm, strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn, securing places within Air IT’s commercial team and enrolled onto the Furza Accelerate programme.

I was communicated with really well by the team and felt supported the whole way throughout, which made the experiences feel structured and reassuring from the start.
The training itself helped me build confidence and understand the fundamentals of sales early on, which made the transition into my role much smoother. Having that grounding before stepping into the role meant I could focus on applying what I’d learned rather than trying to figure everything out from scratch.
