OnSecurity partners with Furza for a second time to source, train and develop junior sales talent, supporting the continued growth of their outbound sales function.
Following investment, OnSecurity are in a rapid growth phase and needed to expand the sales function quickly to keep pace with demand and ambitious targets.
Rather than making ad-hoc hires over an extended period, OnSecurity wanted to build a cohort of sales professionals who could join the businesses at the same time. This approach would enable a structured onboarding programme, consistent training and a strong team dynamic from day one, ensuring new hires could become productive as quickly as possible.
To achieve this, OnSecurity required a recruitment and training partner capable of delivering multiple high-quality hires within a defined timeframe, while ensuring alignment on culture and right fit for sales. OnSecurity needed every new hire aligned and ready to start together. That meant scaling efficiently and getting maximum return on its training investment.

Through a tailored recruitment process, Furza worked closely with the OnSecurity leadership team to gain a deep understanding of the business, it’s culture and long-term growth objectives. Furza’s specialist in-house sales recruitment team reviewed more than 1,000 applications for OnSecurity over the hiring period, with every candidate undergoing a rigorous pre-screening process designed to assess aptitude, motivation for sales and cultural fit. This thorough selection process ensured that only the highest quality candidates progressed to the assessment day, creating a strong pool from which OnSecurity could build its growing sales team.

Successful candidates from the assessment day then joined the Furza Academy, where they completed a two-week intensive training programme at Furza’s dedicated training facility in Manchester. During this time, they developed a strong foundation in core sales skills including cold calling, prospecting, objection handling and pitching, equipping individuals with the knowledge and confidence to be immediately productive in their role.

The partnership delivered immediate and measurable impact. OnSecurity built a high-performing outbound sales function supported by a structured onboarding and hiring process. In their first year, the SDRs placed at OnSecurity generated £1.5M in pipeline, £250K in closed revenue and 153 meetings sat and qualified.
