How We Support

Furza’s dedicated talent acquisition team processed over 700 applications for Air IT, thoroughly pre-screening candidates to ensure quality, role suitability and cultural fit. The rigorous recruitment process included a four-stage interview, culminating in a bespoke face-to-face assessment centre, where candidates were evaluated against specific competencies tailored to Air IT.

Successful candidates will join Furza’s Accelerate programme in March, starting with a two-week intensive course tailored to Air IT and their role. This course equips new hires with the core selling skills and knowledge essential for account management, with a range of sales and business modules such as mindset, active listening and effective questioning. These newly acquired skills are then practically applied through role-plays and real-life scenarios, ensuring Air IT’s new Account Managers have the ability and confidence to build relationships within their account portfolio.

To maximise training implementation, candidates will also receive individual on-the-job coaching sessions, customised to meet the specific needs of each learner. The focus will be on refining skills, reinforcing learning and maintaining accountability to drive successful outcomes.
